Original Painting Sparrow Among The Flowers A2

This is an original painting of a sparrow using eco friendly paint.
It is painted on gold shimmer card which catches the light beautifully. It will arrive rolled in a box and will need a frame. 
 
The house sparrow is a common bird, however there are 247 million fewer house sparrows in Europe than there were in 1980. Reasons seem to be habitat loss, chemical farming and air pollution to name a few. 
 
 I love putting seed mix in my bird feeder and watching the sparrows have their breakfast! Many people consider them to be boring birds because they are not brightly coloured like many others, however I think that they are absolutely beautiful.
