RETURNS POLICY
 
I offer full refunds as long as the items are returned to me in perfect condition within 14 days of you receiving them. Once I have had them back, and if they are undamaged, I will refund you the full amount.
* I do not offer free returns.*

Commissions can be returned as long as the artwork is not personalised to a specific individual.

SHIPPING
 
I ship worldwide.
UK orders: All items are shipped first class. Items over £50 are shipped with tracking.
 

Orders outside of the UK: Items under £50 are shipped standard international. Items over £50 are shipped tracked and signed for. (Currently, I am only shipping with full tracking due to Covid postal delays (2020-21))

I collect your data so that I can:  
 

  • Fulfil your order – This involves 1) sharing information with Wix as necessary to provide you my services. 2) sharing your information with delivery companies to send your order.

  • Contact you/ respond to your emails/ discuss your order

  • Email you with my newsletter, created through Wix.

  • Email you for feedback 

  • Email you to let you know when your order is on it's way, to send you a thank you email or an abandoned cart email. 

 
How do I store your data?
 
I store your data in Wix. I retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with my services.. I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

    • I will only send you my email newsletter with information about products and updates,  if you have subscribed to receive them.  

  • You can unsubscribe at any time. There is an option to unsubscribe from my newsletter at the bottom of every email.
